NOTICE OF PARTICIPATION IN JET / DET - CALL FOR PAPERS

Jet / Det ("Journal of European and Transnational Law / Journal of European Law and Transnational ") is an initiative of ELSA TRENTO .

The journal wants to encourage all students to discuss the issues of the legal analysis and comparative European, international and transnational. The work consists of five papers (short essays, case notes, reviews) and is published annually.

This is an excellent opportunity to publish their writings in a showcase that we hope will become important for the legal community about thirty.

Rules of Participation:

1. items must be related to the legal framework and should offer a comparative analysis and / or transnational subject matter;
2. articles are not allowed already published or submitted for publication;
3. Articles are allowed corresponding to extracts of theses;
4. articles can be written in Italian, English, French
5. items must have a maximum length of 20 pages;
6. items must be preceded by abstracts (150 words maximum) followed by a bibliography;
7. items must meet the following parameters:. text font: Times New Roman 12 . character notes: Times New Roman 10. Margins: 3 cm on all sides of the page. line spacing: 1.5;
8. candidates must submit articles in Word format no later than the April 20, 2008 at jet.det @ gmail.com ;
9. candidates must provide a contextually brief curriculum vitae;
10. a commission consists of students / doctoral candidates nominated by ELSA TRENTO will jointly articles were submitted and will select 5. The essays will be evaluated based on scientific rigor and originality. The evaluation Asra be assisted by a committee composed of university teachers;
11. the Commission will inform the winners by May 11, 2008;
12. the publication of Det-Jet will be in autumn 2008.

ELSA TRENTO will undertake to treat the spread of Jet-Det, and to organize a special meeting to present the work to the student community and faculty at the University of Trento.
